Welcome to Wholesale! 

Whether you are a prospective client or you are already approved, we all have questions that are quite important! This post will outline the information that will help with those pesky questions. How do I apply?

Please double-check that your information is current and correct as this may affect your application status. Applications take 1-3 business days to be approved.

Have I been approved?

Usually, applications are not approved if you are outside of the USA, do not provide enough information about your business, or are trying to use wholesale for personal use.

Please feel free to reach out to our support team if you have not received notice about your application. You are more than welcome to provide additional information if the application is denied, and we can re-evaluate your application status at that point.

If your application is approved, you will receive an email to the one provided on your application. If no email address is provided, you will not receive your application.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices will depend on the quantity you order and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I sell your products on Amazon?

Our products cannot be resold on Amazon or any major retail sites where we already offer our products.

What are your MOQs (minimum order quantities)?

You can order as little as a sample bag or as much as we can supply! 

How long will it take to get my order?

Our fulfillment time is 3-10 business days prior to shipping.

Can I private/white label?

Yes! Private and white labeling require a minimum order value of $10,000 per product purchased.

Do you drop ship?

No, we do not drop ship.

Can I use your photos?

Only if the product is being sold under the Full Leaf Tea Co. brand.

Can I rename the products and sell them under my name?

You can, you will however not be able to use any of our intellectual property for advertising/marketing and will have to get your own organic certification if you want to label them as organic.

Do you do custom blends? 

No, but we do offer most of our ingredients by themselves to create your own blends!
