Full Leaf Tea Co. started in 2014 with the idea that we could deliver quality Japanese matcha and unique wellness blends backed by excellent customer service. In 2015 we met our first wholesale client who wanted to provide high-quality loose tea in their business with high margins. After learning we were based in Oregon and could provide teas and matcha reliably, we officially began wholesaling.
We've learned a lot since then and have adjusted our methods to serve clients as we grow. Our wholesale site broke away from retail and became a dedicated channel in 2019, receiving a significant overhaul in 2020.
We've fine-tuned how we keep in touch with our clients, how we cater to their business needs, and how we provide the best deals on our whole leaf teas and matcha.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you private label?
In most cases, our private labeling is reserved for high volume orders of $5,000 per product or more because of our USDA organic certification. The process involves working with you and our organic certifier to approve products, labels, and paperwork. Certification process can take 3-6 months.
Do you provide dropshipping services?
We do not. Full Leaf focuses on directly shipping our product to our wholesale clients, not to their customers. Branded retail bags/tins come in cases of six units to help with storing inventory at your business.
What are your turnaround times?
Typical wholesale orders are shipped out between 3 to 10 business days, depending on volume and season.
Do you do custom blends?
We don't do custom blends. This process involves recertification, new labels, and time-intensive paperwork.
Do you sell ingredients individually?
Other than our single herb or single leaf teas such as peppermint, rooibos, assam, and a few others – we do not sell our ingredients individually.
What's the turnaround time for my account to be approved?
We approve accounts within one business day, excluding holidays. If you're awaiting your accounts approval and it's been longer than one business day, please reach out to us.
Can I apply to wholesale for personal use?
Unfortunately, our wholesale site is reserved for business clients. You're welcome to use our customer website and the many frequent deals and promotions we run there!
