Organic Herbal Comfort is a blend designed to calm the mind and provide relief from certain stressors to the body. Licorice Root, Peppermint, Fennel, and Basil combine to create a smooth and cozy blend with amazing health benefits. 

Here is a list of all of the ingredients and what they bring to this blend:

• Organic Licorice Root: Licorice root has many health benefits, including relieving cramps and joint pain, soothing sore throats and coughs, and boosting the immune system. 
• Organic Peppermint: Peppermint is known for soothing the stomach and calming and relaxing the body. 
• Organic Fennel: Fennel has many uses, but some of the comforting qualities it brings to this blend are aiding in digestion and lowering blood pressure. 
• Organic Holy Basil: Holy Basil helps the body adapt to stress and stimulates hormones that control happiness. Basil is also a good source of antioxidants.

Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
