Matcha is made by taking the entire leaf of premium green tea and delicately grinding it into a silky smooth powder. Filled with antioxidants, natural vitamin C, potassium, iron, and fiber, matcha is a powerhouse for good health!

Instructions

Add 1 teaspoon of sweet matcha powder to 4 oz of short of boiling temperature water. Whisk until matcha is dissolved into the water and drink immediately.  

For a different take on sweet matcha, add 1 tsp to your favorite hot or cold beverage, smoothie, or recipe. This superfood will give any recipe a boost!

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
